Best Town Hall-11 Base layout for war + farming
This war base have been tested and approved as the best base.
You can get the idea, with the lack of anything in the core, troops go circling and with so many compartments, makes it a struggle getting through the base for resource (that's spread all around in diff compartments).
The most exploitable place of a base is its core (as if you "core" a base, your troops then have the opportunity to attack the base in every direction. When you remove that core and disallow troops from being deployed there, a Jump Spell or Earthquake Spell will be pointless as troops are attracted by structures (there's no structure in the core), so the troops will behave the same and you will fail to get your troops in the core.
The only way to get your troops in the empty core of this base is... To destroy all the buildings highlighted inside the red circle:

To do that, you'll need to attack from two far corners. In this example, the far east and far west sides of the base (blue arrows). Clear up the structures (circled in red), and then have the rest of your troops funnel from south to walk into the core. Lots of work.
This concept makes for excellent anti-3 star bases. And because there's no clear jump/quake path with this many compartments, it should be great against the OP mass level 3 Witches. I'm still waiting to get attacked by mass Witches. I have 2 Single Infernos (as otherwise will be tough stopping a level 5 GoWiPe attack with this many defenses spread out), but without compromising the weakness the Witches (I've Wizard Towers and Mortars in their individual compartments and well placed Giant Bombs + Wiz Tower combo to take out Witches). Hopefully it works.
